Recently when I was in Paris, I asked my lovely Instagram followers to help me decide on whether or not to get this beautiful burnt orange coat. The majority decided yes, and I bought it! And I haven’t regretted it. It’s fuzzy and autumnal and goes with all my favorite colors.
So recently I decided to take it on a little trip to Lund in Sweden to visit their open air museum, Kulturen.
The museum was much bigger than I expected and all the houses were super quaint and cozy. It reminded me of my childhood when I’d visit older relatives and they would decorate in the same old-fashioned manner. There was a live band playing Backstreet Boys of all things, but the juxtaposition made me laugh. All these old farm houses and 90s pop music apparently just makes sense in Sweden.
Where’s your favorite place to go to get inspired?
